OFFICIAL GOODBYE

Finally….. i think this will be the official good bye to the blog and hopefully it will hold out well. I really dotn want to repeat what i said in the last GOOD BYE “episode”. So if your really want to see what i said, go back to the entry where it says “Goodbye Blog !!!!!”. well i guess enough are said and i hope everyone had a great year and had enjoyed writing blogs (^_^) good luck to all in your finals next week or the week after.

ACCIDENT!!!!

On my way home today from school….. I saw an accident. the guy ride next to me ran a red light and T-Boned another car going across at an intersection. I was slowing down and got ready to stop, suddenly i looked across and saw the guy next to me still going at the same speed. it was about 25 MPH, then i looked up at the light, it turned red long ago and the traffic going across had begun moving. then i felt some thing was going to happen. Again, all these were going on in split of seconds. Im describing it in as much detail as i can. then i hread a loud tire screech. then a huge BOOM sound, very much like a gun shot up close. this is the first time time i see a crash up this close. the victim’s car’s airbag released and the drive sat there in shock. people ran out from a hotel across the street to help her. the other driver seemed o.k. and he just walked out of his van. This is a huge crash and they were only going about 25 MPH. I normally goes 80-85 on the freeway to go home…….Imagine what would happen if i was going to crash…….Im sure the chance of living is slim to none….I learned a valuable lesson to day and i think it might very well save my life…….From now on i’ll try to go the speed limit and leave extra early instead of speeding (But the feeling of going at a high speed is fascinating and addicting i must say…..)

TERRIBLE…….

I was talking to my cousin yesterday via IM. we were talking about Vietnam and he sent me a link to a newspaper article writing about Vietnam’s adoption fraud and selling children. i was very angry when i read this article. im always proud of my heritage and culture. however i think there are many people who bought humiliation and disgrace to our country. Such as the people who sells little children int he article. I included a link here so you can read it and see it for yourself. Talking about adoption. last year, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt came to Vietnam and adopted a son they named him Pax (his Vietnamese name is Thien so  the Vietnamese newspapers referred to him as Pax Thien). I thought this is something to be proud about and would bring up the vietnamese reputation……But after reading this article… im not too sure of how people looking at Vietnam as a nation and vietnamese people in general.

I’m Back!!!!!

Well i guess the last entry wasn’t holding up…… i still have soem stuff to say before leaving this blog^^.

I finally got a hold of the friend who i borrowed the notebook from. I called him right after class to day and luckily he picked up!!!! i met him by the parking lot and gave him the notebook. Surprisingly, while i tried so hard to reach him and return his notebook so he can study during the week end……He told me that he doesnt need it yet and was surprised by how quickly i return it…….it was kind of stupid of me….. but i guess the effort paid off… returning it to him early so i dont have to worry that he doesnt have anything to study with during the week end…. one less thing off my chest.

As far as i know, we will find our about the range of number of blogs that we were supposed to have tomorrow. So if she start to count the blogs tomorrow, i guess this would be my last entry……Thank you wordpress.com, you have been good to me and  you gave me an opportunity to write about the most random things. i had fun writing these entries (that’s a lie but o well….(-_-”)), hope that the future classes will enjoy writing this as much as i had. POSTINGS….

I wonder how many postings we have to have by this point to get an A for the class…..Im at 40 something i believe. Lets hope that that’s enough for me to get through. the only thing im worried about right now is the comments. i dont know what to say about others postings. hope that she wont be too heavy on the comment part.

LIGER!!!

Today is the presentation day in my Biology Lab class. we could pick any animals and talk about issues or significants about the animals. i picked a LIGER, because i think its interesting and i think it’s kind of funny to do something out of the ordinary. i was very scared of the presentation. i felt sick the whole time driving to school. i tried to calm myself by thinking positive and told myself that it was nothing. Obviously it didnt helped. i have really bad stage fright, i cant pronounce words or cant talk right when im nervous. But when it comes to my turn, i went up there and said what i had to say and tried not to read off the paper. i memorized parts of my presentation so i made pretty good eye contacts. i learned a lot about LIGERS and other animals as well when i listened to other people’s presentation.

SI sessions…..

In my government class, the SI session was held at the time when it’s impossible for me to attend. there are 3 sessions, 2 of which are in conflict with my classes, and 1 conflict with my work schedule. As a result, i couldnt go to any of the sessions that were held. it might sound like an excuse, But im not trying to make 1. the last unit that we covered in class had a lot of informations. I know that i wont get a good grade if i study by myself, because there are a lot of things to remember and to read about. so i went to talk to my professor. he told em to negotiate with the SI leader to see if i can work something out, and get the extra notes to study. i emailed my SI leader and still waiting on a respond. Hope that She will reply before its too late >.<”

Notebook…….

I missed 1 lecture last week in my Chemistry class, because i had some family business that i had to take care of. I borrowed my friend’s notes the very next class in order to copy to study for the finals. there were about 3 pages worth of notes. it took me about 20 minutes to copy it down in readable hand writing. When i was done, i called him to find out where he was so i can return the notebook so he can study it if he needed to….he didn’t pick up. So i waited and called in 30 mins to 45 mins. still no answering. so i went home after not getting a hold of him. i brought the notebook the next day to return to him if i had the chance. still havent seen him. i called him again and left a message….hope he return the call….

Almost There!!!!

Phew…….I’ve ran out of thoughts to write about…..so im just going to write as i think right now. The year is almost over…wow it only seemed like yesterday that i came to college. cant believe that im almost done with one year. Although i have a longggggg way to go until could have a good job and accomplish my goal….I hope it will all breezes through like this year. now thinking about it…. this is the part of the year where im most busy, everythng is stacking up. all the exams and assignments are all due within this week or the next. Hope that all the exams will go well…..
